Michelle is passionate about creating inclusive and meaningful experiences for people of all abilities. With a background in marketing and event planning, she brings both creativity and dedication to everything she does.
A lifelong Rochester local, Michelle graduated from Webster Schroeder High School and St. John Fisher University. She has volunteered with several nonprofit organizations throughout the community and also serves as a respite care provider for a child with Down syndrome.
Michelle’s connection to Challenger Miracle Field is especially meaningful, as her brother, Chris Teich, is a proud athlete. Michelle is excited to meet new people, help Challenger Miracle Field continue to thrive, and create unforgettable experiences for every athlete and family.
