  • Field Usage fee is $30.00 an hour – with a maximum amount due of $250.00 per day.
  • Field Reservation will be confirmed via email within 5 business days. Email will come from Webster Parks and Recreation (this email will NOT be an invoice).
  • Certificate of Insurance is needed for groups using our facility: see page 2 for more details. Insurance certificates can be mailed or emailed and must be received within 2 weeks of reservation date to:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARK POLICIES

1. Liability insurance must be in the amounts of 1 million/3 million and must name the following as additionally insured:

2. Applicants must be a responsible, 21 years and older. A person 21 years of age or older must stay with the group at all times during the use of the facility.

3. The person, group or organization using the facility is responsible for clean up and any damage.

MIRACLE FIELD USAGE RULES

In order to help us maintain the safety of the field and protect all who use it, please follow these rules:

All town Parks and fields have a carry in carry out garbage policy. (Coaches are responsible for team and fan areas)

  • No hardball on field.
  • No short pitching into fencing or backstop.
  • No soft toss or tee batting practice into any fencing.
  • No cleats or spiked shoes.
  • Do NOT track mud onto turf.
  • Spectators / dogs are not permitted on the field. Must watch from outside of the fenced area.
  • No food or candy on field.
  • No gum, sunflower seeds or nuts on the field or in the dugouts.
  • Clear liquids only, no Gatorade or colored fluids allowed on the field.
  • This is a tobacco, alcohol-drug-free facility.
  • Damage to turf MUST be reported to Webster Parks and Recreation 872-7103. 
  • Emergency Vehicles ONLY; all other vehicles must stay on paved parking lots.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MIRACLE FIELD

  • If Webster Parks and Recreation cancels due to inclement weather or unsafe playing conditions there will be no charge for usage of field.
  • NO SHOW for a field reservation is still obligated to pay 100% of facility booking charge within 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All reservations not canceled within 5 business days prior to you rental will be charged 50% of the rental fee.
